We understand that machinery and equipment purchases are significant investments, and we strive to ensure you are fully satisfied with your order. This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds may be accepted.


2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in unused or minimally used condition, with no signs of damage caused after delivery.

  • The product must include all original packaging, manuals, parts, and accessories.

  • A return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery, unless otherwise stated for special equipment.

  • Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice) is required.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Custom-built machinery

  • Special-order parts

  • Items marked “Final Sale”

  • Products damaged due to improper use or installation

  • Hydraulic components that have been installed or filled with fluid

4. Shipping Costs

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a shipping error or a defective product.

  • For heavy equipment or large machinery, freight arrangements must be coordinated through our team.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Notify us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Provide clear photos or videos of the damage.

  • We will offer one of the following depending on the case:

    • Replacement part

    • Full replacement

    • Partial refund

    • Full refund

Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized repairs is not covered.


6. Refunds

After the returned item is inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Restocking fees of 10–25% may apply for certain machinery or parts, especially high-value or special-order items.
