To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
The item must be in unused or minimally used condition, with no signs of damage caused after delivery.
The product must include all original packaging, manuals, parts, and accessories.
A return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery, unless otherwise stated for special equipment.
Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice) is required.

Special-order parts
Items marked “Final Sale”
Products damaged due to improper use or installation
Hydraulic components that have been installed or filled with fluid

Once your request is reviewed, we will provide Return Authorization (RA) instructions.
Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a shipping error or a defective product.
For heavy equipment or large machinery, freight arrangements must be coordinated through our team.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
Notify us within 7 days of delivery.
Provide clear photos or videos of the damage.
We will offer one of the following depending on the case:

Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized repairs is not covered.
After the returned item is inspected:
