B. Freight Shipping

Used for heavy equipment, attachments, and oversized machinery.
Freight shipping may require:

  • Liftgate service

  • Delivery appointment scheduling

  • Forklift access at the delivery location


3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Weight and dimensions of the item

  • Destination address

  • Delivery method (standard or freight)

Some equipment requires a custom freight quote, which will be provided before order confirmation.


4. Delivery Time Estimates

Delivery times vary by destination:

  • Standard shipping: 3–10 business days

  • Freight shipping: 5–20 business days, depending on carrier and distance

These are estimates only. Weather, carrier delays, and other factors may extend delivery times.

Freight shipments may require direct coordination with the carrier for scheduling.

7. Delivery Inspection

For heavy machinery and freight deliveries, inspection upon delivery is required.

Please:

  1. Inspect the shipment before signing the delivery receipt.

  2. Document any visible damage with photos or video.

  3. Note the damage on the bill of lading (BOL) before signing.

  4. Contact us immediately if damage is found.

Failure to document shipping damage may affect eligibility for claims or replacements.


8. Incorrect or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives incorrect, damaged, or incomplete:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Provide photos/videos of the issue.

  • We will assist with replacement, parts, or refund options based on the situation.


9. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

  • Re-delivery charges
